RCE Legal is a bilingual law firm that emerged more than 25 years ago as a “boutique” law firm specialized in Real Estate and Corporate Law; practices that it continues to maintain in conjunction with a highly experienced litigation department specialized in providing effective and immediate solutions to the needs of our clients.
Our partners have more than 25 years of experience and more than 18 years of being located in the province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Since 2019, this firm has also provided its services in San José and Monteverde, Puntarenas, advising among other areas; in Corporate and Commercial Law, Labor Law, Immigration Law and recently forming the Department of Criminal Law with the incorporation of a specialist in the subject.
Each client receives personalized treatment and is guaranteed effective representation. Our experience and integrity have allowed us to enjoy great prestige and gain the reputation of being one of the most promising legal firms.
